Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been successfully received.

During periods of high demand, holidays, or promotional events, processing times may be slightly extended.

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information, when available.

Estimated delivery times may vary depending on your location and selected shipping method.

Typical delivery times:

  • United States: 3–10 business days
  • International Orders: 7–20 business days

Tracking Your Order

When tracking is available, customers will receive a tracking number via email once the order has been shipped.

Tracking information may take up to 48 hours to update after shipment.

Shipping Delays

While we work hard to ensure timely delivery, URSilverSpot is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Shipping carriers
  • Severe weather conditions
  • Customs processing
  • Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer
  • Other circumstances beyond our reasonable control

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

If an incorrect address is provided, please contact us immediately. While we will do our best to assist, we cannot guarantee changes can be made once an order has been processed or shipped.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, responsibility for the package transfers to the customer.

If you believe your package has been lost or stolen, please contact the shipping carrier first. You may also contact our support team, and we will do our best to assist you in resolving the issue.

Damaged Deliveries

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include clear photos of the item and packaging so we can review the issue and assist you promptly.

International Orders

International customers may be responsible for customs duties, taxes, import fees, or other charges imposed by their country. These fees are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the customer.
